The Autonomous AI Business Operating System

Autonomous AI Departments. Governed by You.

ORVION learns how your business works, assembles the AI departments it needs, and coordinates their work as one organization — while every consequential decision still comes to you.

An AI organization

Departments, teams and specialists, not a pile of chatbots.

Authorized autonomy

Work proceeds inside boundaries you set.

Owner authority

Consequential decisions rise to you, every time.

Everything recorded

Actions, receipts and an audit trail per business.

The business before ORVION

Every business is already an organization.

Sales, marketing, finance, operations, customers, projects, technology, information and decisions. They exist whether or not anyone has the time to run them properly.

Salesits own tools
Marketingits own calendar
Financeits own records
Operationsits own process
Customersits own inbox
Projectsits own tracker
Technologyits own stack
Decisionsall of them, yours

Your business already has all the moving parts.
The challenge is getting them to operate as one.

The operating layer

ORVION is the layer those parts run on.

Not another tool beside the others. An operating system that holds the structure of the business, puts capable work behind each part of it, and coordinates across all of them.

It understands the business

You describe the company once. That understanding becomes the context every later piece of work reads from.

It builds the organization

The departments, teams and roles the business actually needs, within what the plan covers.

It coordinates the work

Work moves between functions on one governed path, and ends where a person can see it.

The AI workforce

An operating organization, shaped to your business.

ORVION does not hand you a pile of assistants. It assembles a structure — departments, teams and specialist roles — with reporting lines, escalation and coordination between them.

You tell ORVION about the business

What it does, how it is organized, what matters. Setup happens once.

ORVION determines what the business requires

A trades business and a commerce business need different organizations. The structure fits the company, rather than the company fitting a template.

Departments, teams and specialists are assembled

Within what your plan covers. Not every business receives every department, and that is the point.

Above all of it: you. The organization reports upward. The owner is not a role inside it.

What this shows. The structure above is the ORVION launch product and a representative sample, not the full catalog and not a claim that every role listed is operating today. ORVION is in active development; capability availability is labelled throughout this site. The Marketing department is the vertical furthest along.

Inside ORVION

One surface for the whole business.

Departments on the left, the state of the business across the top, and the decisions waiting on you in the middle. This is the product you would operate.

An illustration of the ORVION dashboard layout. It contains no customer data.

End to end

One piece of work, start to finish.

A marketing plan, from the moment you ask for it to the receipt that records what happened.

You ask for a 30-day marketing plan

The request enters ORVION from the dashboard.

Owner

Marketing takes it up

The department reads your business context rather than starting from a blank prompt.

Marketing department

The plan is produced

Written out with the reasoning attached, so it can be read and judged rather than taken on trust.

Specialist roles

Anything consequential stops here

Spending money, publishing, or reaching the outside world is filed for a decision instead of being carried out.

Decision point

You approve or decline

Approving is a separate act from starting the work, and can belong to a different person.

Owner or authorized reviewer

Authorized work proceeds

What you approved is carried out. What you declined is not, and the decision is kept.

ORVION

The result and its receipt are recorded

A report of what was produced, a receipt of what ran, and an audit entry attributed to this business.

Record
An owner-initiated request, deliberately. ORVION does not yet take a standing objective and plan towards it over time, so this example starts where the product actually starts: with something you asked for.

Autonomy and governance

Autonomous AI departments. You remain in command.

Autonomy without authority is a liability. ORVION separates the two: departments act inside a boundary, and everything beyond it becomes a decision rather than an action.

What an AI department may do on its own

  • Read the business context it has been given
  • Run the analysis or produce the work requested
  • Complete routine, low-risk steps under policy
  • Record that the work happened

What always comes to a person

  • Anything that changes the business
  • Anything that spends money
  • Anything that reaches the outside world
  • Anything beyond the authority granted to that department

Owner approval

Consequential actions are filed with their reasoning and execute nothing until decided.

Authorized reviewers

Approval authority can be held by someone other than whoever started the work.

Workspace isolation

Each business has its own workspace and records. One never reads another.

Recorded actions

Actions are written down as they happen, attributed to the business they belong to.

Receipts

Work that executes leaves a receipt of what ran and what it produced.

Auditability

The history stays readable later, which is what makes autonomy accountable.

The operating structure

Eight parts, one business.

What is actually inside ORVION, underneath the organization it builds for you.

Departments

The structure work is organized into.

Goals

What the business is trying to achieve.

Business Memory

Context that persists between sessions.

Workflows

Repeatable sequences of work.

Approvals

The decision queue that belongs to you.

Reports

What the work produced, in writing.

Integrations

Connections to the services you already use.

AI Providers

The reasoning engines ORVION is permitted to use.

The intelligence layer

Models are infrastructure, not the product.

ORVION routes reasoning through one governed gateway rather than wiring a model directly into your business. You buy ORVION; the providers sit underneath it and can change without you having to care.

ChatGPT

Gemini

Availability is configured, not assumed. Which providers an installation can use depends on the credentials and permissions set for it. ORVION distinguishes a provider that is configured from one that has actually answered, and reports an unavailable provider as unavailable rather than quietly using a different one.

Expansion

ORVION expands with specialized autonomous modules.

Optional modules that extend the operating system into a specific kind of work. They are separate from the plans below and are not included in any tier.
