How It Works

Governed autonomy, step by step.

ORVION assembles an AI operating organization around your business, lets it work inside a boundary you set, and brings everything beyond that boundary to you as a decision.

1 · Understanding

ORVION learns the business first.

Before any work happens, ORVION needs to know what kind of company this is. That happens once, during onboarding.

Business setup

You describe the business — what it does, how it is organized, what matters right now. ORVION keeps that as the context every later piece of work reads from, rather than asking you to re-explain your company each time.

Business memory

Context is held per business and persists between sessions, so the tenth request understands more than the first. What ORVION knows about one company stays with that company.

2 · Assembly

The organization is built to fit.

A trades business and a commerce business need different organizations. ORVION determines which business functions the company actually requires and assembles them.

Departments

The top level of the structure — Executive, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Technology and others where relevant.

Teams and functions

Inside a department, work is grouped: Supply Chain & Logistics inside Operations, Information Security inside Technology.

Roles and specialists

A role is a defined job with defined authority — a Supply Chain Manager, a Digital Marketing Specialist — and an ORVION AI specialist is assigned to it.

Entitlement

What gets assembled is bounded by your plan. Not every business receives every department, and that is deliberate: the organization should fit the company.

Where this stands today. The department and role model described here is the ORVION launch product. It is not a claim that every department and role is operating now. ORVION is in active development, and the Marketing department is the vertical furthest along.

3 · Operation

Three kinds of work, and they are not the same.

The difference between what ORVION may do alone and what it must ask about is the most important thing to understand about the product.

Authorized autonomous work

What a department or specialist may perform on its own, within the rules, permissions and capabilities established for it. Reading business context, running the analysis you asked for, producing the work, and recording that it happened.

Governed decisions

Actions that require the owner or an authorized reviewer to approve them first. Anything that changes the business, spends money, reaches the outside world, or exceeds the authority granted to that department. These are filed with their reasoning and execute nothing until decided.

Autonomous add-ons

Optional specialized modules that extend ORVION into a particular kind of work, operating more autonomously within rules you configure. They are separate from the plans and are not included in any tier.

In development

Not every autonomous capability is in every plan. What a department may do on its own depends on the plan, the permissions you grant, and which capabilities are configured for that installation. Add-on modules are not included in any plan.

4 · The decision path

Where authority sits.

An AI department works within its authorized scope

Analysis, drafting, review, recording. No permission needed, because the boundary already grants it.

Department

An action requires higher authority

The work stops at that point rather than proceeding and reporting afterwards.

Boundary

The decision reaches the owner or an authorized reviewer

With the reasoning attached, so it can be judged rather than rubber-stamped.

Human authority

Approve or decline

Starting work and approving its result are separate acts and can belong to different people.

Owner or reviewer

Authorized work proceeds

What was approved is carried out. What was declined is not.

ORVION

The result is recorded

A report, a receipt of what ran, and an audit entry attributed to that business.

Record
No unattended operation. ORVION does not run your company without you, does not replace your staff, and does not make consequential decisions for you. It prepares work and waits.

5 · Expansion

Specialized autonomous modules.

ORVION is intended to extend through optional modules that operate a specific kind of work more autonomously, within rules you configure.

None is available today, and none is included in any plan. Autonomous Dropshipping, Revenue Intelligence and Goal-Driven Revenue Execution are in development and are described as product direction. No module pricing has been set. ORVION makes no guarantee of profit, ranking, return on ad spend, or any other business outcome.
